Terms and Condition of Sale
Payment:
P-FACTOR accepts cash, certified check, money order, wire transfer, or credit card payment. Credit card payments are handled securely by PayPal, an eBay Company. Special order items must be paid in full before the item is ordered. All orders or invoices must be prepaid prior to delivery.
Prices:
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are only valid for the period quoted by P-FACTOR Automotive Group LLC ("P-FACTOR"). Prices are exclusive of, and Customer is responsible for payment of applicable sales, goods and service, value added or like taxes. Customer is also responsible for shipping charges FOB P-FACTOR.
Shipment:
Orders will ship via UPS or other common freight carrier as determined by size or weight. Shipping and handling charges will be listed separately on P-FACTOR's invoice. All orders paid by credit card will be shipped to the cardholder's billing address only.
Risk of loss or damage during transit is the sole responsibility of the respective carrier. All orders leave P-FACTOR in good condition without damage and are insured for its full value. In the event damage is discovered upon delivery, contact P-FACTOR and the respective carrier immediately. The damaged contents must be kept in its original packaging. Damage claims are handled directly with the respective carrier.
Returns:
Special order, electronic or used items are not returnable. Wheels mounted are not returnable. If a Customer requests a return, contact P-FACTOR to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Items must be returned freight prepaid and marked with a Return Authorization Number. Unauthorized returns or freight collect shipments will not be accepted. Items must be in new condition and in original packaging.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from date of purchase and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns are for credit towards future purchases only. Refunds will not be authorized.
Warranty:
No warranty beyond that of the product manufacturer is expressed or implied. We hereby expressly disclaim all warranties, either expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Buyer shall not be entitled to collect from P-FACTOR any consequential damages, damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profits or income, or any other incidental damages. Freight and/or labor expenses incurred on warranty claims are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
In no event shall P-FACTOR Automotive Group LLC be liable to any person for any special, indirect or consequential damage relating to the use of product. Customer assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of products. It is the Customer's sole and complete responsibility to determine that products used on their vehicle adhere to federal, state and local laws and regulations.
